What are streamlined study packages?

Streamlined study packages are groups of undergraduate (bachelor) level units with no prerequisites and no faculty approval required. That means less admin, more freedom.

You can choose from themed study packages like Australiana, AI and Big Data, or Global Business, or build your own plan using our list of pre-approved units.

All units are at undergraduate (bachelor) level and are suitable if you’ve completed Year 12 or equivalent. They're designed to help you settle in quickly and get the most out of your Deakin experience.

Build your study experience with flexible, themed packages

These packages are designed to make planning simple. Just choose the units that suit your interests and schedule.

Deakin offers three intakes each year – Trimester 1, Trimester 2 and Trimester 3 – giving you the flexibility to start your studies when it works best for you. We’ve outlined the upcoming trimester dates to help you plan ahead.

Units are available across Deakin's four campuses in Victoria: Melbourne Burwood, Geelong Waurn Ponds, Geelong Waterfront and Warrnambool. Many units are also offered online, giving you even more options.
